I am going nuts. I was having trouble on my diet\exercise.
I am making changes but need to increase the good fats in my diet.
Am going nuts trying to figure out how though.
At present I have 43% protein, 45% carbs and 12% fats
Brekky is porridge with peanut butter, milk, dried fruit and a glass of egg whites.
MTea is a protein shake with milk
lunch is tuna and rice
ATea is protein shake and peanut butter sandwhich
Dinner is chicken breast and sweet potato with butter
Pre-bed is a shake with cottage cheese, milk, protein powder and peanut butter,
Targetting lunch in particular - advice?
