he's too infamous after that tv show critisizing this site for teaching how to use aas. they tried to distance themselves from this type of thing as much as possible.

I personally think the section improved greatly when someone like DD made regular daily visits to this forum.

rofl, yeah back in the day his threads were all controversial and stuff and they still are to some folks I guess. I guess they felt threatened by his volume work cus it might shatter their system of lifting big on compounds and doing almost nothing else. Thing is, he always stated that he just listed what worked for him and that it didn't mean it would work for everyone. He was a long-time advocate for common sense. If it works, do it; if it doesn't, then don't.

DD was a good mod because he didn't kiss anyone's ass, not even the pros unlike many of the posters on here.

I don't know who else would be a good mod because the majority of the people are ass-kissers.

Stealth - no offense but a mod of a bodybuilding site should be in somewhat good shape especially if you've been here for more than 2 years. Stealth has 40% bodyfat. Minimum.

He did the job great but problem is dd took things too personally, & a little too seriously. while its honourable that he took the role genuiney seriously, making this too obvious does make u a target, so u end up with more **** to deal with. the fact that he was here so regularly to close down trolls was very refreshing. however u gotta understand with trolls they are attention seekers, so discretely closing them down with minimum fuss is the best strategy. making sticky threads warning trolls of heavy consequneces is like sending them an invite to a party. but the biggest strain was with the training debates with guys who are meant to be respectable not adhering to the same principles. this is very difficult to overlook as it undermines the efforts making them seem like a waste of time, epscially with admin who's top priorities are not maintaining these principles. but u gotta understand the site was built with profit as the main priority, it wouldnt be here without it. so things will never be perfect just like in any workplace there will be compromise & idealists will never last long. anyone who is offered a mod role should use this as a case study.

a practical criteria for the maintaining of the forums is most important. ie being here regularly, having an in depth understanding of topics talked about, & proven record of being level headed. personal goals & progress is personal business, at least in this section. in other sections i can see where image would be more important compared to others.

I'd have to agree and say Stealth. Even though his own attitude towards training is terrible and lazy (as demonstrated by his journal) he never loses his cool and is always calm and collected. He would make an excellent mod for this section as he is a bb.com regular.

TOTALLY AGREE. Before Luke Deicher went to the misc/sea thread, he was making threads crying about getting negged in the IFBB section. He is a grown man and cares far too much about stupid things like rep points. He also was caught fraudin', using Calvin klien model pics and posing them as his own. He was banned for this i believe. He cannot be a mod.
