UPS claims they delivered a package but I never got it.

What do I do?

I ordered some medicine (insulin) that was supposedly shipped tuesday and arrived at my house on wednesday. UPS says they delivered it at 7:13pm, while I was at my house but I never heard a knock on the door, doorbell ring, nothing. I checked my front porch and nothing was there either.

I called UPS and they said they delivered it but I said I never received it. Basically, they said back that it isn't their problem and u can make an insurance claim if I didn't receive it. In other words, they're implying it was stolen off my front porch, so it's my fault.

Fuck, I needed that insulin and now I have to buy MORE just to get some. **** is expensive. I'm so mad because I was supposed to get it delivered yesterday then go on vacation with my family and now I cant because I will be waiting on more insulin to come.

Are you saying they didn't "handle your package with care"? Maybe it was a small package and seemed unimportant? Perhaps someone was manhandling your package and damaged it? In this world, sometimes things will happen to your package that you won't like, you just gotta keep on keepin on. Thats life, you think you got this awesome package, but then god's like "**** your package" and throws it in the back corner of some warehouse somewhere. Meanwhile you're hyperglycemic convulsing on the floor of your bathroom, covered in your own vomit and shame. There's nothing to do but laugh really, could've happened to anyone. But god's not laughing, oh you can be sure of that, god doesn't laugh. He's royally ****ing pissed at you and he's gonna let every one of your packages know it

Worse thing was i got a $70 gun belt delivered last week by us postal, and it woulndt fit it in the mailbox, so they put it on top of the mailbox.

one time i bought a sega saturn off of ebay an when it got to my house the box was all smashed up. i hooked the sega saturn up and it didnt work.. a few months later i got a 20$ check in the mail from either the ups or ebay.. not sure from who.. but either way i got fuked.

usps is nice...if you are not there when it is delivered they attempt to redeliver it in a couple days/hold it at the post office

yeah, gots da diabetus. it's a temperatur sensitive package (must be chilled), so it gets left at the house no matter what (hence it was overnighted to my house). signature is irrelevant. if they held it in storage for a day or two the insulin would go bad.
