    Will my regular deadlift still go up if I just squat and rack pull?

    Also by rack pull I mean right below knee level

    I'm strong off the floor, but I have a really weak lockout. Like REALLY weak. To give you an exmaple, I can conventional dead about 470 but my max rack pull is like 495-500. Any more poundage and the bar won't move.

    if your squat is with your deadlift stance, you do very low rack pulls, you do a ton of back and abb work..... perhaps.

    sure it will. lots of people dont do the deadlift to build the deadlift.

    not sure what ur plan is but
    id opt for squatting twice a week with rackpulls for assistance on one of those days.
    rather than squats one day and racks the other.

    depends on you experience level, the way in which you squat, the way in which you deadlift, whether or not you use a belt, and as mentioned before, where you are weak.
