Oh boy! I hope you're hungry-Crepes!!!
So, I just made the best lo carb crepe recipe EVER!!!
for the crepe:
1 egg
1 tbsp whipping creme
1 tsp veg oil
pinch of splenda
drizzle of vanilla
1. whip ingredients together with whisk
2. pour into small greased pan (I greased mine with a butter hybrid)
3. cook on both sides evenly
Crepe is done!!!
For the fillings I used about 1/4 cup or less of ricotta cheese mixed with splenda to taste, a tbsp of cream cheese, and a little bit of sugar free berry preserves (careful, they still have carbs!)
And voila!!! This was stinking GOOD, and it didn't just taste like crepe fillings in an omlette lol
