i've been on a cutting phase for 5 weeks, where i managed to lose 7 pounds of fat while getting stronger lifts, the cutting part i have down to a tee, at least for my body, but now i feel i need advice on my upcoming bulking phase, i've never tried to bulk but i believe i need to.
i'm 19 years old, 177 pounds, 6'1 and with not such big muscles, but i'm not skinny either, i have fat around and i can't see abs yet, nor the 2 bicep heads.
i heard that when bulking you shouldn't eat whatever's on sight, you should instead eat more of what you were before, so my question is, should i eat more quantities of what i am at the moment? or incorporate other foods that are known to help when bulking?
i've decided to consume peanut butter since my fat intake is rather low, but your advice is greatly appreciated.
