    Breakfast

Could you post your favorite breakfast meals.

I need some ideas to get myself motivated again, I am so bored of oat and egg whites.

For breakfast I'm having 1 scoop of ON 100% Whey apple pie flavor in oatmeal, with some cinnamon!! This new flavor really taste AMAZING...I really think I'm having apple pie!!!..This is good also with the double chocolate and the vanilla one too!!

Are you eating your egg white and oat seperately???...because if so, then you can make some very good pancakes with it and some DA VINCI SYRUP!!

I don't have anything else to suggest cause oatmeal is the only thing I eat in the morning!! I just love it, cause you can put whatever you feel to eat in it!! (have you ever try it with 1/4 cup of canned pumkin?? thats awesome too!)

I combine my oats and eggwhites and add a little maple extract, vanilla extract and splenda to them. You can use cinnamon instead of maple extract and they are delicious.

    Oooh, breakfast ideas.

-Oatmeal, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, flaxseed, and cinnamon
-Oatmeal, egg whites, and some cottage cheese = pancakes
-Protein shake: water, protein powder, flaxseed, ice, and sometimes fruit
-Omelette: 4-5 egg whites, spinach, red onion, fresh garlic with legumes or oatmeal

You don't have to eat traditional "breakfast" meals just because it's early in the day. More often than not, I'll just grill up some fish (George Foreman grills rock) and saute some vegetables -sometimes with some sweet potatoes or quinoa. So long as your getting your macros, you should be fine.
    Resolve to evolve.

Lupus and fibromyalgia can shove it. I'm tired of being sick.
