The Christmas Cut (ANIMAL CUTS)
Alright, so some may feel that this is a strange time to start cutting for the spring... but the thing is.. I live in Arizona! The bikinis start coming out as early as february, which leaves little more time for cutting come january. Having put on a (what I would consider) I good deal of mass throughout the passed semester in school (174 pounds-190) pounds natty, I am finally about to start my cut.
Since starting lifting seriously about 2 years ago, I have fallin in love for the most part with a couple of products and will be using them in conjunction with Animal Cuts for this 7 week interim.
My stack as follows for my cut:
Omega's
Animal Pump (Pre workout) (Universal)
Animal Cuts(Universal)
Chondroitin Glucosamine, MSM (Joints)
Multivitamin
Purple Wrath (Controlled Labs)
Thinking of possibly adding some generic creatine., but I feel like the Animal Pump, which I take every day.. will be sufficient.
My diet is pretty well in check, I am sitting around 2,000-2,200 calories a day, depending on which days are carb variation days (every 3 days or so I very intake pre and post by 30-50 grams carbs).
My workouts are sporadic, but I kick my ass foir Sure! I am just gonna throw a combo of a steady 5 day split for lifting, with some plyometrics, HIIT at night once or twice a week, and cardio in the mornings, or low intensity immediatly after I lift.
I will be posting pictures as soon as I figure out how to post them in a post for your viewing pleasure. Currently I am on day 2 and about to get the the gym for some easy wake up cardio while reading up for my two finals that i have to take in about 2 hours. (Its about 5:30 aM here right now)
I'll be sticking this to the end, so there will be no jumping boat like some. Time to see what I'm made of, and more importantly give animal cuts a good look.

Just got RAPED!
By my BIOLOGY 187 final... horrible.. gonna be taking another final here in a bout 30 minutes fun fun! But its my last one... and then I get to go move some weights around afterwards, maybe go for a swim and then bask in the steam room..... I'm so glad my parents membership to the health club hasn't expired yet, or at least if it has the front desk employees know me by name and simply assume that my membership dues are in check lol.
I'm gonna be doing some shoulder work today, along with some back work... I actually split my back into different days... IMO it works better for me.
I do lat pull downs and rows (pulling motions) before my bicep days....
I do shrugs, and extension type exercizes when I do my lower back and hyperextensions if that makes sense... Just personal preference and the gains haven't stopped coming...
Also, yesterday was my first day back on animal pump after having used superpump 250 trial for about a month... let me tell you... The difference is clear..
I am taking out the red (stim) pill in the pump becuase i am running cuts right now... and just putting them aside... I don't know what I'm gonna use them for ever, but they are being save none the less. But Pump is far superior to sp250.. sorry gaspari, but universal wins this one

My weight
My weight today was 192 pounds nakey... most ive been in a while... I'll take and post pics tommorow morning for anyone who decides to follow this log. It is really a way for me to journal to myself my progress as much as it is to provide an honet review on a couple of products stacked together.

Today
I lifted at around 11 oclock today.. diet has been in check thus far.. two days woot. I wieghed at 188 today... probably because i wieghted myself in the morning as a pose to at night like i did yesterday.
Did chest and triceps today,,, It was a pretty solid lift. Did 15 mionutes cardio after wards.....

Just got back from the gym
My weekend was kind of a set back having seen a couple of my old buddys that are back for xmas time... but I got back in the gym today adn played some basketball for about 2 hours then tried to lift afterwards.. which ended pretty abruptly since i didnt eat much as i pigged out sunday... lol. I couldnt even down a shake this morning. but what can ya do. weighed 188 still today which is good i guess... update pictures coming on friday

just downing some protein
rigt now while sitting at work../ I just had to do some inventory which sucked really really bad... Looks like nobdy is following this thread which is funny... but oh well, I'm sure it'll at least be of use to someone down to road at some poiint.

Made myself some egg whites, and thru some turkey in it... threw some habenero sauce on it for some flavor and drank a 1/2 scoop of protein... gonna call it a night in about an hour....

Woke up this mornin
At about 330 and couldnt go back to sleep.. I was in bed by 10 last night so not the end of the world.
I woke up a couple of times throughout the night having to pee... I'm assuming this is because of the diuretic nature of the animal cuts...
So i ate and took my cuts about 45 minutes after... then about 30 minutes later took my animal pump and went to the gym.
pretty good lifts today. I lift by pump and not really track weight.. but I will say that by my standards I am pushing some serious weight around this morning. 45 pound dumbells felt like nothing on the curls... serious pumpage today!
I did 15 minutes of some mild cardio.. my hr was 135-140 pretty much the entire time... which i think is right where i want it considering my goals.
Steamed up Shaved up ate 3/4 cup of egg whites and a whole egg with two peices of wheat toast and i'm off to work...
Oh weight today was 187 after lift

so i'm sitting at work right now... and I've already eaten 3 times today lol... before workout, after, and about an hour ago... and i m soo freakin hungry!!!! AHHHH im going insane... but I've got to wait until 1 oclock to eat again .... suxxxx

Back on track
Gonna get the eating habits back in check.. and hit the gym toeday... took two days off this week. my muscles needed a little more recovery because of the calopric restirciton i think... I carbed up pretty good tho lol. time to cut them back down. I'll post weigt and pictures later today if i get a chance

I cheated for sure.
But It shouldn't be that big of a deal as i was restricting carbs quite a bit and took two days off from the gym... but I feel like im redy to get in there today. feeling like an animal for sure. I can't wait to push some weights around today.
I'm gonna post puictures when i finish the first 3 weeks of cuts i think. then ill post 4 weeks after that.... I'm pretty impressed with the results so far... I haven't really kicked it into high gear as im trying to amp it up week by week cause i feel like thatll give me the best results...

alright.....
so ive been a little lacking on the posting laterly... but its the holidays so waht can ya expect... update pictures coming in a week or so when i get the chance... my gf is out of town with my camera so i gotta wait tehe...
wieght is 186 yesterday.... so my weightloss in the first two weeks of my cut is 2 pounds... i feel right on track

While you stack cuts and pump do you feel thats too much caffiene? Thats what 600mgs caffiene ? Im doing a log on cuts/storm but i have a full jug of pump waiting till after i cut. I went the storm route to avoid so much caffiene.

To answer your question
I take the Red pill(The stim pill) out of the cuts. And yes, I agree that with the red pill it is just waaaaay to much stims!!
So to move along with me report today.. I got to the gym this morning, played basketball for about 30 minutes... mostly just dunking and being an idiot to warm up..
Did full upper body lift. Felt pretty hyooge afterwards..
I weighed 187.5 today... I haven't dropped but about 2 1/2 pounds over the course of this cut thus far... which is OK! because my goal is almost more of a re comp than anything...
I am looking forward to throwing more cardio into my workouts soon. Trying to stagger it to confuse meh body. I start Yoga and Pilates in two weeks also, so i'm hoping that will help me in my endeavor as well.. I get credit for it in college so why the f not lol.
overall, no problems, no injuries, and still getting stronger

Alright
So I've been sick with the flu the past three days.. So I didn't make it to the gym on saturday. However, I did manage to get pretty good workouts in on sunday and this morning! My weight was at around 187 toDAY.. I think that might have something to do with being sick tho. That would be my 3rd pound of fat loss for this cut so far though.. So who knows.
I felt pretty shaky and overheated int he gym as I have quite a cough and and congestion, as well as some joint and muscle pain. no pain no gain though I guess.
Progess pics are coming soon... Just wating on the girl to get back in town with the camera
All is well other than that. I do need to be stricter on my diet... but When school starts back up it is a lot easier for me actually. As I don't have a whole lot of down time to go out and eat with buddies... Nor the financial means lol.

Sickness getting better
I still feel like a big bag of $hit to be honest. But my biceps pumped out of control today... I don't know why... but it was intense. that is for sure and my veins were exploding... who knows. Weight remains the same... Which I am satisfied with!
Honestly I'd rather lose fat at the rate of 1 pound a week than 3 pounds a week as long as i know that i am sparing the muscle that i worked all to hard for!...

It also depends on what cheating means to you... To me it just meant eating a large amount of calories in one sitting as a pose to throughout the day...
for some it means pie cookies abeers and eggnog lol.

AT Work right now.
My Girl is back in town now so i'll be able to get my life back to normal. Its funny how a missing element of your life can really throw ya off track when it comes to routine.
Anywho.. I'll be getting to the gym today after i get off work, so that should be good. I can't say im dissapointed with my results thus far, only in myself. I really havne't pushed myself as hard as i should have. but its cool sinec spring break is still almost two months away. I should be fine.
Now that my diet and training will be more back on track i don't anticipate any bumps in the road. It should be straight leaning up for the next month or so.
Loss thus far this cut is 4 pounds.
wil update later after gym with current weight today.

Not much to update on for anyone following... MY workout was amazing today... Absooutely and tottaly....
Didn't weight myself.. I will tommorow morning after i eat my breakfast at the gym...
Doing some lower body work tommorow so that'll be fun.
Really looking forward to school starting up again on the 19th! gives me a lot more balance in life.. and believe it or not its easier for me to keep my diet in check.

Did my legs today.. They are pretty spent.. did some abs after wards.... but nothing too intense.
I didn't weigh myself.. but pictures are gonna be coming in about 3 or 4 days... that will be after 3 weeks of cutting/ recomp... still have another 7 weeks left.... so nothing too astonishing in my opinion. but maybe yall will see something differnet.
Stay tuned.
Oh.. and my lifts have been going up... go figure... don't know how ive been cutting calories and getting stronger...

So
So i'm two days into my off week for Animal Cuts. And I have never been as hungry as This is my entire life!!!! Its pretty dreadful... Also, I've been getting really over heated... I tihnk that is most likely do to my caloric restriction though.
I am finding that not having the supplement has made me really keen on getting the most of my workouts and foods I've been eating. So I'm certain that aover the next month I should be reaping some pretty solid results.
Current Weight: 187.5

sorry for not updating.. but I know that people will use this as probably more of a review of the product after i post pictures...
Just a note... I only lost about 5 pounds over the course of the last 8 weeks.
I am now weighing in at in between 187-191 pounds depending on the time of day!
Unfortunately I didn't have incredibly good before pictures... So I will just post the afters.. cause that is all anyone really cares about anyways. thanks and keep posted for the final review!
