MAN Scorch is a highly rated product that is mild enough for most but strong enough to help you reach your goals. It stacks well with the non-stims MAN Vaporize and DS Lean Xtreme.
when cutting, diet is key as well, here are some ideas to help out
- 6+ meals per day, focus on whole foods (chicken, fish, beef, oats, veggies, fruits, nuts, natural pb, milk, etc.)
- first thing in the mornign and pre and post workout have a shake with a scoop of whey+cup of oats+water or milk
- Use these calculators to calculate maintenance:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/issa64.htm
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/idssports3.htm
- Then go to fitday.com and input your diet. Shoot for a 35%/45%/20% macro breakdown for carbs/protein/fat for a cut
- Start by tweaking your cals to be about 10% under mantenance and decrease by 100 for a cut until you start to loose

Just a little history info on me for the less than sincere answers....not talking to a amateur. I have competed in bodybuilding at 3 shows and placed first in all 3, in addition to winning overall in the last show! I am very aware that fat burning requires cardio and do nothing less than 1 hr a day! If anyone out there has any knowledge of a good supplement for fat burning and energy please let me know. I just had my second daughter and have been out of the supplement scene for a while. Not very familiar with the new products. Heard somewhat good reviews about Lipo6x??? Appreciate any info from sincere fellow athletes.
Merry Christmas!

Then your diet must suck if you are not losing.

I have no clue what you're asking, but to get a six pack, you have to cut bodyfat. Crunches don't do ****.

I'm not sure of ****'s nutritional value, but chips are obviously bad for you. You're 15, you can figure it out on your own, or at least I would hope you have an idea by now...

If you don't use too much creatine, you don't have to worry.
