Red face Workout help please?!?!

Hi! As you can see if you read my Bodyspace I just had a baby and am trying to lose all of my baby weight!! I have a ways to go to get back to my pre baby size and have only been lifting weights. It is pretty hard to do cardio with all of this extra weight on me and I am seeing really good weight loss simply from weights. So I was wondering if I should continue to only lift weights and build strength/lose fat until I get to a weight where cardio isn't so difficult or should I buckle down and start adding cardio to my workouts anyway? Just looking for your opinion...

elricwin is on a distinguished road. (+10)
Weights are certainly a good idea, however that should be in compliance with at least 30 minutes of walking(it isn't too hard, walk around a store for a while! ] Once you get in better shape though your body will start to PLATEAU and you'll get discouraged. However as long as you're seeing results and drinking a good amount of water you should be alright for now!

I did 15 minutes of cardio before lifting last night and felt all around better! I think it loosened me up too because I was a lot more flexible with my adductor/abductor exercises!! Thanks for the feedback!!
