Not really, tends to mean you can't hold as much muscle on your frame. In Art's case, small wrists and wide waist just looks terrible, because his arms and forearms don't at all compensate for the waist. e.g.) A big strongman or powerlifter.Originally Posted by pyrolee

atwood's got some awesome teardrops though, specially in the earlier pics. its such a travesty to see great bodybuilders throw away their awesome bodies for more mass.

I'd love to look like a freak like that! I think the guy is 5'10" but at 6'2", I'd guess i'd have to weigh in at around 310.
