Decline: 85 x 10 x 3
Shrug: 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 10
Flys: 20 x 10 x 3
Dumbell Press: 30 x 10 x 3
Military Dumbell Press: 25 x 10 x 3
These are my current stats as of 12/16/08
