First post with few reviews
hi all.
great place here man!
Anyways---here goes.
1. Creatine---gave me a little more pump...used it after workout with dextrose.
2. Anabol 5-- dont bother-- didnt feel a think. (4 week "cycle" if you can call it that)
3. Inhibit E-- Now we are talking. Day 11-- it seemed to kick in and yest. felt a pump in my arms like NEVER before (worked out 15 yrs till injury now back)
Guns were like steel man. Great product. Took 2 in AM and 2 at nite.
Felt slightly warmish and irritable.
4. Tribulus---Dont know if this did a thing or not-- was the Bulgarian one.
5. Stopping Inhibit E for a week then starting HAVOC and will post reviews.
This has gotten some really good results from ALL I read so far. Has same ingredients as Espistane. Only HAVOC costs more from RPN.
6. Whey protein-- Various brands-- Not much diff. as far as I know
7. L-Glutamine-- Powdered form--- 3 tsps a day-- AM/post workout/sleep does appear to help me recover faster with less soreness.
