new full length pics added (23 weeks pre contest)

as requested by few people have added some full length pics
will be competing 24th may 2009 in ukbff northwest (intermediates) this will be my first show even though have trained for 12 years on and off in this time have suffered a cardiac arrest due to accident and also heart attack from excesive partying and drug use in past so decided clean my act up live abit healtier and do a show as always dreamed of being on stage
am currently weighting in at 19stn 9lb (275 lb) im 6ft tall, am still in major bulking up mode and trying to eat everything in site, as of 3rd janauary will clean up my eating habits cutting out most dairy and processed food and will do this for 8weeks then wil go onto my strict 12 week diet, i do eat really healthy at moment but do have the occasiaonl treat but diet does consist of alot of fresh vegeatable and fresh meat and fish

i got stabbed when i used to do securtiy work in spain, yeah ill be working hard to get the weight off, will start doing alot of fat burning cardio as soon as the new year comes in

can i just ask, from a bodybuilding perspective do you regret the tatoo? Just ask because obviously it covers up a lot of your torso and when you are more defined it may cover up some of the lines etc of muscles.

ive trained for years and never got around to competing so thougth i may never get to do it and had put the tatoo idea off for three years. it was beginning of this year i decided to get tattoo, then once id had as much of the tatoo as i have done an oppurtunity came up, i had time and money to fully concentrate on competing.
so am a little gutted i got the tatoo before competing but still well chuffed with it. but would of prefered to compete then have tatoo done but its always the way aint it that things end up arse about tit

bit of mad story but i used to do security work for lebonese firm in spain, which wasnt seen up on as good by my fellow english who where their competion but i went where the money was and they had alot more repsect and was a closer team, once id got firmly routed in with them i started some leisure business which was direct conflict to the english firm who where making quiet alot of profit with no previous competion so bascially it was a a huge chunk of money out of their pocket, there was four of us who went into this with my backing cos of who i worked for once it was made aware what was happening then that when the threats came and all my partners dropped out as they didnt work for the lebonese like i did, so cut along story short i went along with what i was doing soley, then a final warnign was put out then few weeks later someone came to finsih me off few stabs to the back of head just missing missing spine and repaetly stabbed in head and once through eye bleed out and had cardiac arrest ,only lucky to workign for such well connected people i got very fast and best medical treatment and luckily survived after spending three weeks in hopsital.

the twist to this story is that when i first worked in spain the two said companie`s got on till a business rift came about and they went there seperate ways which is when i chose the people worked for, cos id had threats made against me obvisouly i was very aware of who i was around so to get somone close to me, when i first moved to spain i met a felow english lad who introduced me to everryoen and was good friend til he moved home after 6 months, as he was loyal to the other people when all this happened they broguht him back over as he seemd like neautral person and my one time friend was the person who was paid to kill me, this all happned in 1999 so talking along time back

hope that all makes sense

p.s the ohter ****er was dead within 24 hours
