im eating all the right things, taking supps the worx,
but i feel ****.
seriously thinking about not wanting to fulfill a lifes ambition which is to step on stage....this **** isnt good for your body...and im not even on gear.

Well bodybuilding in all honesty isnt really about the supplements. Most "seasoned" guys out there dont take much at all. Hell i know a few guys that dont even take a multi-vitamin.
Bodybuilding is much simpler than most people make it.
1. Train hard
2. Eat well
Thats it!!!
I guarantee if you are eating what you should be eating, and training hard, then you should feel incredible. I would bet both my balls the reason you feel like crap is because of the "supplements" you are taking. Most of that crap aint worth taking, and it would probably be better to eat the container than whats in it.
Im sure I will get flamed for this but whatever....
Also, if you are dieting "improperly" that will cause quite a bit of fatigue.Last edited by jimi108; 12-16-2008 at 09:51 AM.

i highly doubt that if you are training and eating well you would be feeling worse. either you are abnormal or your diet/training regime/supps are wrong somehow, especially since most people feel better when eating correctly!
** I rep back **
If I havent repped back within a week, PM me, i'm on recharge now but working n it

if you are clean and your living the bbing lifestyle and you feel very unhealthy your doing something wrong. What is unhealthy with this....
meal 1
2 servings cream of rice
3 servings whey protein
meal 2
12 ounce steak
1 serving brown rice
broccoli
meal 3
14 ounces chicken breast
1 sweet potatoe
broccoli or other greens
meal 4
2 servings oats
2 servings protein powder
meal 5 post workout
14 plain rice cakes
3 servings whey protein
meal 6
4 whole eggs
12 egg whites
as many green veggies as I can eat
this is pretty much how I start my diet off. What is unhealthy about that????
This is pretty typical eating for people dieting.

Unless your taking it to the extreames like the top pro's do, theres nothing unhealthy about bodybuilding. Of course you feel like crap, your new your body is adjusting. When you start taking in less junk and doing more activity, your body is going to protest. Your body wants you to eat all kinds of junk cause its high in calories, and it wants you to sit around and be lazy so it can preserve calories. Give it some time.

my money is on this OP NOT returning to this thread....let's see......
but IF, if, it were really a legitimate post, his weight is listed at 265 pounds, so, assuming he was not training hard, or hardly, and suddenly began to drop a lot of weight, he most certainly would feel like ****.....
losing a lot of weight, and quickly is hard on the body......stability is the key, once you are at the target weight, and then you will feel better than ever, but getting there for many metabolisms, is simply not fun.....

im eating alot more clean than this. and crankiness is apart of dieting. but i mean the extreme nature of bodyfat loss makes you feel ****.
remember as i get closer to chrissy day i am lossing more and more fat....and soon will cut back on carbs all together.
what you hae described is not an adequate bodybuilding diet.

thats weird...... When i started doing a keto diet after a few days i was feeling better then what i did when i was eating carbs. So i dunno if u can blame the carbs it must be somthing else. I think ure body is just adjusting to your new diet.
