This review will be a bit untraditional, I will do my initial review and then follow through with it for the rest of the week. I'll try it at various times and try it with different liquids and goodies.
Profile - 9/10. Across the board this hits everything. With 200 cals, 22g of carbs, 24g of protein, 4g of fiber, and only 1.5g of fat this can be used at any time of the day. The sugar is a bit high but makes for a solid PWO shake. The AA profile is awesome, nothing too shocking considering ON always produces quality protein.
Price - 10/10. 26 servings for $21.99 is amazing, I hope this price stays and isn't a promo price. It'll last you about a month at less than a dollar per serving. Can't go wrong here.
Taste- 8/10. I decided to try 1 scoop in a bit more than 8oz of water. From the initial smell I thought it would be stronger tasting but the vanilla bean was pretty subtle. This isn't a bad thing, I always have faith in ON's flavoring but this could of easily came out tasting horrible. The oat taste is there but I love oats I'd say overall in water it's almost a neutral flavor with a hint of the vanilla and oat.
Mixability- 10/10. I was shocked here. I was expecting something pretty chunky considering it is made with whole grain oats. It mixed within seconds very well. You can tell it is made with oats from the consistency but it is nothing compared to a homemade shake with oats in it. I shook it for about 5 seconds and it was mixed fully.
So far I am happy with OAW (Oats and Whey, prob won't stick but o well) and it is going to be easy to mix it with some stuff. I used it PWO and usually dread the shake. This was surprisingly along the lines of being refreshing than anything else, I really liked it. I want to give it a shot tomorrow during breakfast with some milk and natty pb.

Haha it's all good, LI FTW
I have noticed the versatility in the both the profile and taste. I decided to take my buddy's advice and went threw some natty almond butter in a blender along with the Oats and Whey. This tasted amazing. I think I found the reason for the lack of flavor. I didn't put in a heaping scoop and it was about 10oz of water. This time I went with less water and a larger scoop. It tastes amazing. The almonds actually bring the vanilla bean taste out a bit. I had it for breakfast along with some eggs and wheat toast. Felt very awake and energized without the very bloated, full feeling I get from a bowl of oats. I also didn't have time to make a meal during my break for work so I had a scoop of it as well. I think that nutmeg would taste very good with it, might try that next or throw in a scoop of ON chocolate along with it. I'd have to boost the taste ratings from Day 1 up a bit considering how pleased I was the second day. Until the tub is gone this will be part of my breakfast.

My routine and diet are pretty straight forward. Training wise I try to get 4 days in at the gym. Back, Legs, Arms, Chest/Shoulders. I'll hit abs about 3 times a week as well. Cardio I usually will either run, HIIT, elyptical, or use the stationary bike for about 30 minutes, 3-4 times a week. I also train in grappling and kick boxing 3 times a week. Diet wise I have been trying to hit around 2400 cals but it varies quite a bit due to my busy schedule. I like to get in a high amount of protein, keep carbs relatively low, and moderate fat. I think I'm doing very well right now, currently training to get into the NYPD.

I went with 2 scoops of OAW, a bit more than a tablespoon of pb, and some water. I think I put it in the microwave because it came out a bit hard. I mixed in some milk and got it to a nice consistency. This tasted awesome and was maybe the most filling thing I've ever eaten. I think that the choc. OAW sludge would taste even better but I'll stick with this for the time being. 8/10 for this and prob my favorite sludge so far.

I trained really hard today so I had some extra cals to give. I went with the vanilla ice cream idea and made it into a smoothie. Used 2 heaping scoops of vanilla ice cream, about 1.5 scoops of OAW, some ice, and fat free milk. 3 words....NOM NOM NOM! I wish that could be an everyday snake for me. Another 10/10 in the books for OAW. This is pretty fun, I've never really been to creative with shakes so if you guys have some ideas you want me to try tell me.

For my Xmas OAW meal I went with traditional oatmeal and added a scoop of OAW. Mixed in a bit of Rasp. Jelly as well. Tasted very good but that won't be an everyday meal because I am cutting. It was a bit thick but I didn't mind it. I wish I could cook because OAW and granola would prob make a nice protein bar.

I have been sick for a bit and stayed with only whole foods. Feeling a bit better so I went back to my OAW experimenting. I mixed 1.5 scoops, 8oz milk, blueberries, raspberries, some ice cubes. As a smoothie it tasted surprisingly good and was pretty refreshing. I had a banana with it and felt nice and energized. I didn't feel sick or anything after which was a good sign. Consistency was a bit weird but taste, 9/10. Tomorrow I'm going to try this with orange juice, doubt it'll taste decent but worth a shot.
