lower belly fat

one of the things ive sorta noticed is that my lower stomach sticks out a lil too far than i want it to. I have a six-pack when i flex and even when i dont flex it still shows. but when i unflex it even though my abs still show, i have that lower belly chub. i know what im saying may sound a little confusing but hopefully one of you will understand cuz it bothers me. if someone could tell me some good ways of gettin rid of this cuz ive tried almost everything.

Time and really tight diet. You are obviously low body fat, and your body wants to hold on to the little you have. It will take a good bit of time and a lot of dedication to diet I think.

o lawd this is the 3rd "how do Iz takez lower belly fat off?" thread today. You just need to have your diet be clean and your body will remove fat from there if it wants to. Lucky for me, my body stores fat evenly throughout body so I get to have ripped abs at 9% fat while my arms/legs are not as ripped.

You can't win the war vs genetics.
