hands randomly sweat sometimes. Enough to the point where it's embarrassing to touch people sometimes. Sometimes they're fine and sometimes they sweat like no other. This really isn't workout related at all. Any medicines/techniques that could help fix this? Thanks a lot.

Excessive sweating of the hands is refered to as palmer hyperhydrosis.
The most effective otc med you can use is a product called "drysol". It is applied to the palms, soles, or under arms before bedtime.***MISC Orthopedic Injury/ Recovery Advisor***

Buy some anti-perspirant deodorant that is odourless - you can get some nice strong ones from a pharmacy. Try this on your hands twice a day. Yes it's a bit weird spraying deodorant on your hands, but it works and because it's odourless it won't smell overpowering.
To the poster talking about hormones: I'll second the hormonal check, though any heart rate over 60BPM is not elevated, that is normal. A heart rate over 100BPM is elevated, though not necessarily indicative of an endocrine problem.
Botox in the hands is never done because your hands would be pretty useless afterwards. Surgery is also pretty risky and the chance of functional deficit afterwards is pretty high.
Try drinking more ice cold water, I find this helps cool me down and stop me sweating after an intense workout, especially when I've gone straight from the gym into normal clothes and doing things indoors for example. The first rule of cheat club is you do not talk about cheat club. The second rule of cheat club is you DO NOT talk about cheat club. Third rule of cheat cub, someone yells stop!, goes limp, taps out, the cheat is over. Fourth rule, one cheat at a time, fellas. Fifth rule, cheats will go on as long as they have to. And the sixth and final rule, if this is your first night at cheat club, you have to cheat.
