Should I go back today?

Currently, I'm on Bill Star's 5x5. The routine is setup to where Mondays workout effects the WHOLE week's workout..

Problem is, I went into the gym yesterday still a little hung over from Saturday night, and the workout was pathetic! I wasn't anywhere near my previous numbers and I didn't finish half the sets..

Should I go back today and try again?

I know nothing about your workout and hope someone who does replies... I do though know that going to the gym hung over isn't real bright. Good luck and crawl outa that bottle man...
