Running-
After years of debilitating shin splints. Partially from the military making us run on concrete sidewalks and me not knowing that shoes make all the diff. I now have shoes that allow me to "run".
What are some of the techniques for running? Breathing, strides, stretches?, etc? What is a good heart rate? I am 29. I have short stubby legs so that makes it suck even more!
Right now since its 2 degrees outside I have to use a treadmill, I know ground running is harder, but by how much? Any way to compensate for that? Also my goal is to run 2miles in 14 min
