I take creatine both offseason and inseason, so that includes while using fatburners. Imo, the best plan is to use 1g of creatine per 40 lbs, and to keep stimulant fatburners to 4 weeks at a time.

Loading and cycling creatine are not really necessary. I usually take a break from creatine (and all supps) for about a month every year (at the conclusion of the BB season). Some people do a form of 'micro-cycling', ie after achieving saturation, they only use creatine on training days. I use it daily.

As for fatburners, for my 16 week prep, I follow this protocol:

Weeks 1-4: No fatburners, diet only
Weeks 5-8: Stimulant fatburner (Thermo Fire)
Weeks 9-12: Non-stimulant fatburner (Cuts II or Metabolic Thyrolean)
Weeks 13-16: Both Stim and non-stim stacked
