Plenty of green veg. Keto breath tends to be more noticable in the first week or two, after that it should be pretty normal.
Retardex is a mouthwash/spray that my sister insists kills all nasty niffs without leaving an overpowering smell of mint.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

Eat plenty of vegetables and brush your teeth. Use gum sparingly.
Or you can take the fun route. If someone complains, go eat a can of tuna then drink some coffee and see if they like that any better."Arterial plaque is primarily composed of unsaturated fats particularly polyunsaturated ones." (Felton, C V, et al, Lancet, 1994, 344:1195)

I have not noticed this bad breath myself. I am one week in. I have even asked my Fiance' if my breath is any different and she said no.
I know that my piss definitely stinks A LOT more now, but other than that IDK. I usually have REALLY bad morning breath with a very dry mouth when I first wake up (even before keto), so IDK.
But I also am constantly drinking water/chewing gum, so hopefully I am covering the bad breath from my normal habits.
