Hey i was wondering if its over training if i workout 6 days a week. A normal week for me goes something like this:
Mon - Chest
Tues - Back
Weds - Tris
Thurs - Bis
Fri- Legs
Sat - Abs/Shoulders
Sunday - REST
Intensity is moderate. I have about 5 exercises each day with about 3-4 sets and 10-15 reps each.

looks a lil advanced, if you do happen to do bis in one day, only do like 5 sets.
which you could've done done your back day.
personally, i dont like it. try some other things if you're not growing.Powerlifter at PTC Performance Training Centre

Rather than have your bi's and tri's on seperate days, combine them into one day. Also you routine is 90% identical to mine. Try this.
Monday-chest
Tuesday-back-abs
Wed-bi/tris
Thrus-Legs
Frid-shoulders
Due this for about 8 weeks, then switch it up
Monday-back-abs
Tuesday-chest
Wed-legs
Thurs-bi/tris
Friday-shoulders
Alternate between these two every 8-12 weeks. This will keep your body guessing and fresh. In return you will minimize plateaus and keep growing. Also dont be afraid to incorporate different exercises/change orginal ones. For example for the first4 weeks for chest start with Flat BB bench, then after the 4 weeks, begin with Incline BB bench, this will also assist in keeping your body shocked, just as an example. Good luck.

ive been doing each body part once a week. works for me lad - i'd stick with it. heres how my workout goes;
CHEST
BICEPS
LEGS
TRICEPS
BACK
SHOULDERS and traps
REST
I alternate abz and calfs every other day. tried every body part twice in two weeks too ! looked like this;
CHEST then BICEPS
LEGS then TRICEPS
BACK then TRAPS and SHOUDLERS
=[repeat]= days rest inbetween
CHEST then BICEPS
LEGS then TRICEPS
BACK then TRAPS and SHOULDERS
I found it hard to goto the gym twice a day really. burnt me out a little. only did this for 4 weeks but i definatly grew keep at it fella. i'd stick to one body part a day 6 or 7 times a week.
