Yeah exactly. Just eat tons of protein, tons of calories and carbs. Use a 4 to 12 rep range too. There's a million articles on this subject all over BB.com.

more protein is not the key..... 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight is more than enough to grow.... all your other calories should come from fats and carbs.

You just gotta eat, eat, eat!

Try to work out a eating schedule or pattern for yourself and stick to it.. Good luck

you have to eat everything u see, 6000-7000calories/day, NO Cardio, 6reps max on every lift.
    When i was 18, i was 105pds. started to bulk a bit, 19 i was 125ish. Now @ 20 after really bulking for over a year i'm 200pds.

amusclehead, i dunno if id recommend 6000-7000 calories per day for him to begin with because its very hard to train yourself to eat this much, you cant just jump right in if you only weigh 130. hes got a point though jalwa, the key to packing on pounds is eating, so start out taking in about 3000-4000 calories per day and gradually increase it. once you get into a routine of eating so much food, it gets easier as you go along
