I kinda..gave in and ate about 300+ extra calories. Making my diet for the day jump to around 2200 (I know it doesn't seem a lot, but i want progression) , if i do i burn 300 calories at the gym TOMORROW (cardio) will that make up for it?
Update: Great, i think i'm gonna throw up now. Must've ate bad chicken

Lol. I am cutting at 2k cals and i have had more than a few cheat days well over 5k cals. It happens bro. 300 is no big deal by any means but if you do it all the time there goes your cut. Think of all the days you came in under your 1900, it probly evens itself out.
