I can actually not gag if I put peanut butter on first and drown it in honey. But some off you bastards lay down a pretty thick coat of this stuff on plain bread. Pure madness.

I work on a drilling rig in Singapore right now, with guys from all over the world. So we have condiments from all over the world.
Scottish and Brit dudes love mint sauce, it is disgusting as well, more so that Vegemite.

The intricacies of vegemite are too overwhelming for the regular american who put it on an inch thick and wonders why it tastes like ****.

It actually tastes like yeast extract, which you'll find in the ingredient listing of a lot of foods in the supermarket because it gives it flavor, like beef stock cubes.

If you spread it thinly on well buttered toast it tastes nice.

But Americans hate it because it's a savoury taste and Yanks only like sugary ****

You'll find that Aussies overseas tend to use "ocker" (Stereotypical aussie slang) more than they used to use back home. This is to confuse and alienate you and remind them of home.
