    Rate my creatine (reps)

I've had this creatine for a while, but have not used it for several months. When I bought it I was not very educated about bodybuilding, so I just got the one my dad told me was good.

Brand: Body Fortress, Super NOS Blast, "Ultimate Multi-Action"

Multi-Action includes: CREA-Pump blend, Neuro-Energy blend, Nitromax blend, Vasosurge blend.

    Serving size: 2 scoops (40g)

    CREA-Pump blend ingredients (5g)
    Creatine monohydrate
    Creatine Ester Phosphate Sodium

    VasoSurge blend ingredients (4g)
    L-Arginine
    L-Glutamine
    Alpha Ketoglutaric Acid

    Neuro-Energy blend ingredients (3.2g)
    Taurine
    L-Tyrosine
    Caffeine Anhydrous (200mg)
    White willow (Salix alba)
    Vinpocetine

    NitroMax blend ingredients (2.4g)
    L-Leucine
    L-Isoleucine
L-Velico(? spelling might be off, the label is torn here)

I can provide more information such as carbs, sugars, Vitamin B, magnesium, etc. if you need it.

    Thanks.

any opinions on the ingredients? i was reading some other posts to learn, and many people say to stick with creatine monohydrate, which this contains.

Your dad prob told you to buy that stuff because it was the cheapest

Anyway, the way I see it is creatine is creatine.

It has 5g, but notice that the product is meant to be a preworkout energy/pump/creatine powder (NOT JUST A CREATINE). Don't take it near bedtime or anything.

Anyway, follow instructions and you should be fine with it!

    I agree.

I've not used this product but I've bought something similar from Wal Mart, Body Fortress "Super Advanced Whey Protein" chocolate (with Creatine Monohydrate).

I tried supplementing with pure creatine about a year ago but found the effects to be mild and I had extreme and uncomfortable water retention. So I stopped using it.

For some reason this stuff worked almost immediately and the water retention wasn't as severe.

The bad thing however is the taste, it's horrible. I'm accustomed to Cytosport's Muscle Milk brownie batter, so this stuff was awful. (Although if I recall correctly, I think creatine adds an unpleasant taste, which is probably the culprit here)

im also interested in the water retention creatine provides.

do you think this brand will have any significant effects, or is it solely an energy booster?
