That and how much size you lose dieting down to 5% bodyfat. Even most super scary lean guys in the offseason walk around at maybe 8% bodyfat. The trip from 5-8 is usually worth a good 1/2 in all your major bodyparts. Put him on a stage at 180lbs at 6'3 and he wouldn't even look like he works outs. His cuts would be washed away and his frame would be so drawn out looking he would look normal on stage. Get him down to contest weight 165lbs, tops btw, and he'd have cuts, but no size.
