I think Melvin's waist is smaller than Dex's. Either way, they all have **** midsections nowdays. IMO That's the only thing about bodybuilding that has been lost.

Those people may have slightly smaller waists but neither of them are carrying near as much mass as Dexter is, plus his midsection is well developed.

He does has horrible distention when relaxed. One of the worsts because he is one of the smaller guys but what matters is in the poses and in the poses he manages to controls it.Originally Posted by Grinners
