Yea ill take that into consideration but fat is still weight, and i have a reallly mast metabolism so i get shredded real quick. Wouldnt the fat be turned into muscle if i worked out right.
Im just trying to gain weight, whether it be fat weight, muscle weight i dont care. im not trying to get lean right now just bulking, with that said, wouldnt it be better to have more cals and sugar?
