First thanks once again to the whole Athletic Edge Nutrition crew for choosing me to log these products for them. This is my second time logging for A.E.N. and I'm very excited to have the opportunity again! Goals are rather simple for the course of the next 30-35 days. I'm going to try to recomp/lose some fat before an all out cut for summer. I'm 222.3lbs as of this morning and although I'm not quite at my 240lbs, I've gained about 25lbs since August and am happy with where I am right now and would like to shed a couple pounds. Count on some thorough and honest feedback as usual and I hope everyone enjoys the log and/or can take something away from it. I will be pretty deligent in tracking everything and will post in here of course.

Fitness wise I'm doing pretty good. Making some slow, but steady progress. I'm happy. Physically, still in pain everyday. My neck just gets a little more worse it seems. Good to see you at it again! I'll be around.

Okay so my internet here at home was a little rough last night, couldn't get on till about 2am and was too tired to type anything coherently, so here is yesterday's workout

Workout #1 - Shoulders


Military Press

Dosing:
IntrAbolic - 1 scoop in 32oz of water sipped on throughout entire workout.

Initial Comments

IntrAbolic
Much improved from when I first tried this product back in January/Febuary earlier this year. Very enjoyable green apple taste which I found quite similar to Xtend's apple flavoured supp. Might be even better than that, and only gets better when served cold . If anyone has tried the first batch of green apple IntrAbolic and haven't tried the improved one, definitly give it a go, you won't be dissappointed. Mixed well also. Gave it a good shake and let it sit for about 10 minutes in the freezer and was good to go after that. Was certainly feeling the tingles from the IntraXCell by this point but IntrAbolic definitly made them pretty intense. Was my first time using B.A. in months, and I loved it haha. Endurance was good as well, still early, but I can already tell this is going to give me some sweet workouts.

PreSurge/IntraXCell
Okay, whoooooaaaa! haha After not using supps since August, maybe the very beginning of September, I felt the craziest pump ever. Arms, back, chest, and I was lifting shoulders! I couldn't help but laugh a little bit. Tingles were also pretty intense, but I noticed it took a little longer to feel from when I used IntraXCell prior. Over 30 minutes later I was tingling like a crack addict, I'm a fan of the feeling though. Endurance seemed good, but still too early to really comment. I can't wait to life chest and triceps today, these pumps are great.

So far, very pleased, will update later today again.

Ah if only life were so simple...lol. I've made some good progress, nothing to toot my horn about, but I'm still going. It can be hard with my limits, but I just work harder in the areas that I can.

And military press was with BB . I can use 85's for DB's, but I'm pretty weak when it comes to BB. Thought I'de use it now tho while on the new supps .

IntrAbolic - 1 scoop in 32oz of water sipped on throughout entire workout.
PreSurge - 6 pills 30 minutes prior to my workout.

Workout Comments

Awesome workout once again, was feeling strong throughout the entire workout. Pump was incredible, just as good if not better than the first workout. Already feeling the pump after all my warm-up sets I do prior to my workouts and it is sustained until the very end which is nice. Also, one thing I'm not getting is the crazy pumped forearms from PreSurge, something which I honestly hate and had problems with most pre-workout products in the past. Tingling feeling was also present once again, but I decided to switch my dosing up, taking IntrAbolic during my workout then taking 3 pills of IntraXCell after my workout. Could feel that tingling sensation for about 30 minutes after that last dose, nothing major at all. Endurace felt fine throughout as well, nothing really major to say on that as this is one of my shorter workouts for the week, but by the end I had tons of energy left and decided to do abs to finish off the workout, something which I am very prone to not do haha. Calves and abs just don't seem to be priorities for me haha.

Running into one problem though, and that is that I haven't been able to fall asleep before 3:00am the last couple nights. Not sure if anything here is to blame, but I have been off all supplements since Septemeber and I'm wondering if the stims are getting to me. I'll certainly keep track of this in the coming days. All-in-all, loving everything so far!

So you take your PreSurge at about 2:30? If that's the case, then I'm not too sure it's the PS interfering with your sleep. You could experiment a little with the dosing, take it about 2:00, or not take it all for a couple workouts to see if it's the PS that's affecting your sleep.

In my experience, everytime you mix PEA and a monoamine oxidase B inhibitor, the stimulant effect lasts a really long time. But never 12 hours. You'll be able to better judge in the coming week here.

Thanks for the help brah, being quite helpful in here. I took P.S. at 12:00pm today, so we will see how tonight goes, I really hope there is no problems . I took all coffee out of my diet the last two days as well, I was drinking way too much, so we will see. Thanks again!

Workout Comments

Today felt very strong during my arm workout, especially with BB Curls and Dips. Loaded two plates on my lap and went to work, almost need more weight but don't want to hurt anything important haha. Pump once again was amazing! The thing I really like about this pump is that it lasts the entire workout and even some time after and you can really feel the muscles working. Definitly felt it with curls today. Endurance was also very good today and felt like I had more in the tank at the end of my workout. The tingles were really strong today, especially with my post-workout dose, which I took almost immediatly after my workout. Could especially feel it in my neck and face today. Still loving the taste of IntrAbolic as well, it is really growing on me and I've been experimenting with how much water I like it mixed with. For now I will leave it at 24oz with a few ice cubes, really tastes great.

Will report how my sleep is tonight as well tomorrow. My fingers are definitly crossed! I've made some diet changes so I'll see if that was affecting it more than P.S. and the new supps. Drinking more water today as well, so hopefully it'll be all good tonight!

Workout Comments

Decent workout today, felt good but was hoping to go just a little bit heavier on DB Rows and Cable Rows, but really can't complain. Tied my PR on BB Rows though which was a good feeling, 225lbsX6, I think I will try for 230lbs next week, and if I can get 6 of them, I'll stay there for a bit until I can get 8 reps with that weight. Pump was incredible once again haha, my whole body, back, arms, traps were extremely hard and of course this remain for the entire workout and sometime after. I am beginning to notice a little increased vascularity as well, especially through my arms and my shoulders. I'm not sure if this is due to some loss in overall bodyfat or from the supps, maybe a combination of both, but I'm the same weight as before and the bodyfat doesn't look to have changed to drastically, so I'm leaning to the stack. I've noticed I really do have some sickly (lol) veins running through my shoulders, chest, and arms, if I could ever get down to 8% bodyfat it would be pretty evident but the fat is hiding them well haha.

One thing I should definitly note is that my endurance is through the roof right now. IntrAbolic/PreSurge gives me instant energy or close to it. I was feeling pretty tired yesterday as I had to be up pretty early and wasn't feeling that great. After I took my supps I was good to go 15 minutes later and really didn't feel that tired. This is great for the days where you need a little kick before your workout. Tingles were much of the same and still loving the taste of IntrAbolic. Sleep was fine last night as well, so hopefully that problem is in the past now. Trying to limit my coffee intake and taking the supps before 2:00pm, seems to be doing the trick. Leg day today!
