Going On The Treadmill for 20 mins...
So is it a good or bad idea to go on the treadmill for 20 mins prior to ure workout? Isn't it a form of warming up but then again sometimes i have alot less energy during workouts.
Should i rather hit the treadmill after the gym session or before.
Thanks in advance

Cardio should be done Post-Workout not Pre-Workout.
And 20 minutes is not a warm up. A warm up is 10 minutes MAX

Yeah i can understand why you do cardio Pre-Workout on leg day as it will get the blood flow into your legs, but you dont want to do it too long and drain all your energy for your actuall workout.
On my leg day i still do cardio afterwards for about 30 minutes, Cannot use the treadmill as my legs feel like jelly so i have to use the bike.

I like to rest on my off days, I just do my cardio after weight training 3x a week as it helps me burn some fat as my body has depleted its glycogen stores from the weights which makes it easier to burn the fat. Low intensity cardio for about 30 minutes works wonders for me.

hit cardio PWO or off days. I would look into ankle weighted walking or sled pulling though. running and BB do not go well together
