Testicular Cancer (Serious)

I was in the shower and decided to check myself for cancer just like Tom Greene said to do. Well It was the first time I've ever done a thorough check, and I noticed that on the outer side of the upper part of each testicle I have two small lumps. The lump on the left side is slightly bigger than the one on the right, but they aren't attached to the testicles themselves, they just seem to be two lumps in the scrotum. Is this like a collection of veins or something since they're in symmetrical locations? Or should I go get it checked out? No pain when I touch it. Also no family history of testicular cancer, but my grandma and mom both had breast cancer.

sit down when taking a warm shower and hold the lump try and do a situp and while you're exerting force feela and see if the lump feels bigger if it does it could be veins, BUT you will not know until you get it checked.

I would get it checked out asap.it could be just varicose veins which are liek lumps.

nevermind, I figured it out. It's normal. It's called an epididymis for anyone wandering.

It's probably the epididimitis (sp) anyway if it's that it's normal. It's very very rare to get testicular cancer in both balls and although you would not think it due to all the self check propoganda ball cancer is rare too, .Not saying you should not do it though as self exams save lives. More common causes for lumps in balls include cysts , varioceles and hydroceles or just plain spots on the skin.

If you are concerned best person to talk to is the doctor rather than people on the misc. They will do a quick exam and more than likely can tell you whats up without further tests or worry.
