Yeah, and it's been the killer of my weight loss efforts this semester. I'm starting gain control of mindless though by eating 6 small meals a day and including more fat in my diet than I've previously had (about 30% of the calories I take in are now from fat). Fat is supposed to release the hormone cholecystokin (cck), which aids in satiety.

and edit - i eat when im hungry and not hungry. hunger, from my experience, is based off a million factors. i can get hungry just thinking about food. doesn't mean i'm catabolic at that very moment or something.http://www.3dmusclejourney.com
