How long?

How long should I stay on a beginner's program? What level should I go to next? I am currently using the beginner's program listed here on this site.

How long have you been doing it for? That is a fairly vague question. Everybody responds differently so it is quite hard to give you a time frame.

Like 20FC said "until you stop making progress" is a good gauge.

You may want to change up some of the exercises or thier order for some variety.
