It's been stated before and I have to agree, it doesn't seem quite right that this guy hasn't gotten an IFBB pro card, but U.S. bantamweights get pro cards every November. And that Russian Sergei guy (with airbrushed abs in the Xenadrine ads) is awarded a pro card when he can't even win the overall Los Angeles championships.
