    First workout for the day?

    Was curious as to what you exercises you decide to do first for what ever muscle you decide to work.

    For me I tend to do my compound lifts first such as Bench and Squat...
    What about you guys?
    Mainly curious as to for your back day. I tend to do dead lifts around my second life for that day.

    I always do the main lifts first i want to have as much energy for them as possible i just do a warm up set to get things flowing

    for my back day I usually start-off with DL but if I'm feeling sluggish or something I will walk on the treadmill for 5min or go ahead and do some pullups to get the blood pumping...
    Starting to suck a little less at benching...

    I want to just stop after squats and dead lifts. I'm dead after them; they really kick my ass. Specially as I just added dead lifts and have never done them before so I am learning everytime.

    start with core lifts if their in your routine...since they work more than just 1 body part. you'll have more success with your other lifts
