Can someone critique this day?
I'd like everyone here to look and let me know if this was a good "eats" day
Breakfast-Muscle Milk
Midmorning-detour Bar and 2oz of nuts
Workout
Lunch-Turkey Sausage and Wheat bread
Midday-Tuna and Orange Juice
Supper-Steak, rice, Black eye peas and sweet potatoes
Throughout the day had drank 1 gallon (if not more) water.
Let me know if i need to increase or decrease anything. Thanks
