Talking Can someone critique this day?

I'd like everyone here to look and let me know if this was a good "eats" day

Breakfast-Muscle Milk
Midmorning-detour Bar and 2oz of nuts
Workout
Lunch-Turkey Sausage and Wheat bread
Midday-Tuna and Orange Juice
Supper-Steak, rice, Black eye peas and sweet potatoes

Throughout the day had drank 1 gallon (if not more) water.

Let me know if i need to increase or decrease anything. Thanks

My goal is to be down to 220lbs by june 2009. I'm at 37% bodyfat and would like to get down to 12%. I am feeling full with what I am eating but nutrition is always been a bad spot for me.
