Noob in need of diet help.
My past bulk was a semi fail, didnt have the money to buy the food I needed and my parents werent willing to buy all the food I needed.
So now that I have the means to buy everything what would some of you reccomend me do for my diet?
3 month bulk btw.

lean protein- chicken breast, turkey breast, egg whites, lean beef, tuna, cottage cheese, whey
unrefined carbs- lots of veggies fruit oats, whole grains
healthy fats- nuts, PB, flax, olive/fish oil
milk
buy in bulk to save money
eat 5-6 meals and shoot for .5-1lb a week in gains
go for less reps and higher weight an get plenty of rest

Thanks man. Doin Madcows 5x5 right now, just need the diet part to go along with it.
You got a rough example of a diet plan?

hmm...sometimes skip breakfast cuz there is nothing set.
Lunch...quite a bit.
Dinner, usually have some sort of meat, beans, potatos usually and a salad

Yeah, nowhere near enough to fuel your 180lb frame..
Heres mine:
Meal 1 - Bowl of Oats with Honey. - Whey Protein Shake, Banana
Meal 2 - Chicken Sandwich on wholemeal bread, 250ml of Milk
Meal 3- Tin of tuna (30g protein) and enough Brown Rice to fill a plate.
Meal 4 - PWO SHAKE (Oats, Whey Protein, Honey, Peanut butter)
Meal 5 - ^ Same, after my workout, also a banana.
Meal 6 - Probably a whey protein shake with milk, and a tub of cottage cheese (small tub), usually some peanut butter too..
SNACKS - Almonds.
Its a sketchy diet, but thats what im on at the moment, and i weigh 170lbs, so you need to at least be eating that ^^
