The horse guy did NOT die from blood loss. He died from peritonitis. He basically poisoned his blood stream by letting fecal matter into it, and died from infection *several hours later*.
On the other hand, I believe the guy with the jar could have bled to death, considering that the object which cut him was still in the wound, being constricted by involuntary rectal muscles. But just because it didn't happen in the first 2 minutes doesn't mean it's fake!
I suppose he pulled the shards out *in order* to be able to move enough to reach a phone.

Both videos are real.
The car blew up in his ass while he was trying to push it out, thus squeezing it. It popped. Note he doesn't know if it blew up in 2 or more pieces. So he tries to use his hand and pull them out.
There is a huge amount of blood in the rectal area, thus explains the blood the poured out. For the amount of time that passed, the blood loss was quite big. Assuming it would take the ambulance 5 minutes to arrive, he would have lost at least an entire liter of blood by the time they arrive, and another liter on the way to the hospital.
Millions of people have seen these videos, and many have analyzed them.
They are real.
