Realistic to put on 10 pounds of muscle in 2-3 months?(reps)

Well after losing 81 pounds of fat i decided to bulk last year, it was horrible i ate whatever i wanted and put on so much fat with a bit of muscle, i was also on creatine which i believe did nothing but bloat me. It took me a while to lose the fat again. This time im doing it different im eating 300 grams of completely clean carbs a day along with no creatine, just whey and casien protein with some glutamine and animal packs. I dont want bloat i just wanna see the muscle im actoually gaining. So my question is am i being realistic on wanting to put on 10 pounds of muscle by like the end of february? Also i have decided to isolate each body part and do it once a week giving ample time for recovery as i do not think i was giving myself enough recovery time when i was doing each part 2 times a week.

If you're going to eat enough for your body to put on good weight it is definatly feasible to put on 10 pounds in 3 months.

you are looking at about 6 pounds max of dry muscle in 3 months. muscle tissue is not dry in the human body, it is about 75 percent water, so I suppose that on the scale its possible - but in reality it will be more like 5-6 pounds.

Yeah that is possible, I have put on 7 pounds in 2 months with 2.5 hours of pretty intense cardio every day so yeah you should be able to do it no problem.

unless you are a noob or are on gear, 10lbs of complete muscle usually takes about 1 year.

wut type of creatine did u take

eat clean, calorie rich foods...or just go on a weight gainer

just do normal training splits like shoulder, chest, tris one workout session then the next one do back and bis...that sort of thing

10 lbs of solid muscle isnt realistic mayb like 4 to 6 is gonna be muscle but the rest is gonna be split between fat and water

not a lot of fat at all. i drastically improved with all of my lifts. for example my dumbell press went from 50s 8 times to 80s 7 times. I think it might also be because i am in puberty and started stacking creatine, glutamine, and whey protein

out of 33 of those pounds, you'll be lucky if only 20lbs are fat and water weight (aka not lean muscle).

also, just because your lifts improved doesnt mean you didnt gain any fat. Unless you took bf% readings using calipers (or something equally accurate) then there is no real way for you to know how much was fat or muscle.
