    Exclamation Beginner Exercises

I'm starting right now doing exercices that BodyBuilding.com recommends using my bodyweight.

I want to ask if somebody knows more exercises to do at home using only my bodyweight.

    Thanks.

Chair dips, instead of using two parallel bars use two chairs. Pull ups in a door way, bodyweight squats progessing to one legged squats. Push ups, and you can start adding some weight in a backpack.

    Am I missing some?

What are you currently doing? That way we won't give the same stuff again.

Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
