And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the fourth beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a pale horse; and he that sat on him was called Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, and that they (the four horsemen) should kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death (or plague), and with the beasts of the earth

Tweaked my knee a little during my last squat session, thinking it may be an overuse type of thing from squatting 3 times a week for the last few months.
So I've decided to change my training around a bit and knock squatting down to once a week. I think this will also give me time to start using my knee wraps and getting use to them.
So, I'll be squatting one day, deadlifting on another, and have 2 bench days (heavy/higher reps). I'm also going to be moving my squat stance out a bit.

Squatting was done to see if knee felt better, it does. Once a week squatting from here on out. Will probably work up to a heavy triple, double, or single and then some accessory work.

Thanks Ben !! Squatting has always been my crappiest movement. I squat with about a shoulder width stance, so I'm buying a pair of weightlifting shoes to see if it will help. Right now I squat in reebok hightop running shoes.

Yeah, my squat sucks. Believe me I wish it was higher too. At my last meet I felt like I could have hit a 500+ squat though, so I suppose it's not TOO bad, lol.
For my bench, I have a heavy day and a light rep day probably mostly with dbs. On the heavy days I'll go by feel on whether or not I hit a heavy triple, double or single. On the light rep day, I'll probably stick with a weight that I can get 6+ reps for a few sets.

Thanks cpk.
Yeah, pretty much raw everything. I have a Champion suit or Z-suit and a blast bench shirt from Inzer. The squat suit is manageable to get on by myself, but since I lift alone the bench shirt is impossible to get on by myself. I've only worn the squat suit a couple times and the bench shirt I've only worn once. I'm glad I bought the cheapest, most worthless piece of sh#ts around cause I really don't have the patience.
Anyway, I really want to see how high I can get with my raw #'s before getting to serious with the gear.

Got My Do-Win rogue oly shoes the other day. Today was my first squat session in them and I gotta tell ya, I think it was the best $109 I've ever spent.
Previous workouts I wanted to see where my strength level was at on the big three, to adjust the #'s on Bill Starr's advanced routine if needed. So from here on out it will be solely B.S. Advanced 5x5, with the deadlifts being taken down to 5 sets of 3 the first four weeks and 3 sets of 2 the last four weeks.

Thought I'd post the links to the NASA top 100 list and the NASA American Unequipped Records.
Set the 220 lb sub-master Nasa deadlift American Record.
Nasa American Unequipped Records
#64 on the Nasa top 100 list, Unequipped.
Nasa Top 100 List
This was done at my first meet and although I didn't go in expecting to set anything, It's kind of awesome to see your own name listed. Anyways, I posted this here for more of a motivator to myself.

I just sit on the edge of a bench and then bend at the waist until my upper body is parallel to the ground. It takes out any leg drive you might try to put into the lift.
