NRK5014 gets Hooked on TONIC!!
What is this stuff??
Magnum Tonic? offers the very best value for a natural testosterone support supplement. Using innovative Pharmaceutical Grade ingredients, Magnum Tonic? will increase your free-flowing testosterone.
Why should I take it?
Testosterone boosters are created for men looking to improve and support their natural testosterone production. These products are best used to enhance lean muscle mass and support test. production, and increase the amount of free-flowing testosterone and your body's ability to recognize more of what is already there.
What's so good about it?
It has a potent supply of 4 of the top natural testosterone-boosting ingredients available
It has 900mg per capsule
It includes Vitex berry, which is only found in the "higher-priced" test. products
You will be harder and tighter very quickly
You will not inhibit or disrupt your natural testosterone production
Every ingredient is Pharmaceutical Grade
So what's going to happen to me??
Increased lean muscle mass
Support testosterone production and recognition without negatively impacting your body's ability to do it naturally
Make you feel younger
Inhibit estrogen spiking
Supported blood flow and hardening
Let's do this

Who am I?
Age: 20
Sex: Male
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 182
Bodytype: Ecto-Meso
Training experience:
I started lifting in high school because of football, but I didn't really "know" what I was doing. I was always a strong and stocky kid for my size, but I never took lifting seriously. After I finished my final football season senior year, I decided to cut down. I still didn't know what I was doing, and I lost ALL of my strength and size. Granted, I did get a killer six pack, but I looked far too skinny. This led to a mental complex of never wanting to lose my abs. It took me 2 years to get out of this "skinny" frame of mind, where I calculated everything in and out of my body, and felt guilty when I tried to be somewhat normal. I was 130 lbs after I lose 30 lbs post football. Now, I am 180lbs (22lbs since june), much stronger, and much wiser. I have learned almost everything I know about this sport through experience. The most important thing I learned is that there is no "right" way to get big. Everyone has to do it differently, and different things work for various individuals. I want to get a lot bigger than I am now, but I still have a long road ahead of me. My dedication is there. My determination is there. Most importantly, my focus is there. I love hitting the iron, and the gym is everything to me.

Food?!?!?!
Now that I am bulking I follow something similar to this:
10:00am
1 cup oats
1 scoop whey
2 whole eggs
1:00pm
40g protein
40g carbs
3:30pm
40g protein
40g carbs
5:45pm
40g protein
40-50g carbs
PWO
2 scoops whey
1 scoop ON Glycomaize
1 scoop Creatine mono
9:15pm
5oz Chicken breast
1 sweet potato
salad
12:00am
1 cup 1% CC
2-4 tbsp pb
I don?t track my calories to the ?t? when I am bulking, because I tend to vary things depending on how I am gaining, but I am shooting for the following:
Carbs = 300g +
Protein = 275g +
Fat ~ 60g

Tonic Review
At this point, I'm only two pills in. I had a real nice pump today, I don't want to pin it on tonic tho, due to the fact I just started this morning. I can't wait to see how this effects my pumps, endurance, energy, and sleep!

- Had quite a few stares going into that 425 pull. I ate it up, and banged out one more rep than I thought I had.
- I felt a little down on strength, but my pump was off the charts, and the DOMS is definitely present today.
- PWO Meal = 20 Hooters 911 Wings + 1 order of curly fries + 1 order of cheese.
Tonic Review
I'm feelin really energetic the last two days, and I haven't had solid sleep either, it's kinda nice....especially since I'll be studying all day. Pumps were good yesterday, strength was meh. Can't wait till this kicks in harder.
