Dosage will be:
ActX - 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening
LX - One on waking, one 4 hours later, one before bed.
Adrenalean - 3 preworkout, and 3 later in the day if needed.
My goal for this log is really to recomp. I had several months off due to an injury and I've slowly started to get back into things. Unfortunately since I could not work out, I have a lot of "areas" that need some tightening.
I have tried all three products individually but never in a stack. I am excited to see the results of this "Triple Threat".

Day 1, Monday February 2
Day started out great. Stack was in line, diet was in line.
Work out was fairly good. I only lost about 10lbs on my lifts after being off more than 5 months. So not too bad, but not too great either.
Weight was 208
BF - Embarrassing
Workout:
Incline Bench - 5x10
Dumbbell Bench Press - 8, 8, 10, 10, 12
Dumbbell Flyes - 8, 8, 10, 10, 12
Rope Pull Downs - 10, 10, 12, 12
Dumbbell Kickbacks - 3x10
Lying Barbell extention - 3x10
Standing Calf - 3x25
Seated Calf - 3x25
Later in the day I started to get some real bad stomach cramps. My wife and daughter had just gotten over the stomach flu so I thought maybe it was hitting me. I finished off my stack and left it to be.
Tuesday I felt like crap. I started off with the stack but still had the stomach pain. Not really sure what it was, but it ruined my Tuesday and I couldn't work out.

Day 2, Tuesday February 3
No workout today. Had either the stomach flu or a bad reaction to starting up my stack again...

Day 3, Wednesday February 4
Racquetball day.
Took the full stack and feel pretty good. I think the stomach issue is just getting used to the supps again.
Felt pretty good all day. I love the fact that you can take the LX2 and Adrenalean and not get the jitters or feel like you are messed up.
Need to get some clarification on the dosing though so I will follow up with that tomorrow.
Tomorrow is shoulders...

Dosing for all three?
Act-X: 2 AM and 2 PM
LX: 1 in the morning, 1 4 hours later, and 1 in the PM
Adrenalean: As needed, but 2 caps twice a day would be good(or just in the morning if thats all you need).

The End of the Begining
I figured out what the stomach issue was... Flu...
Spent most of Thursday & Friday violently expelling anything I tried to put into my stomach.
Feeling a little better but still not 100%
Call this week a scratch, going to try again tomorrow... IF my stomach is up to it. Still kinda week from the lack of food. Today was the first day I actually ate real food, so I have some catching up to do.
If not, I will re-start as soon as possible.

I am hoping to restart the log on Monday. I'm pretty much over the sickness but the stomach pain is still there. Starting to feel like it may be a stress related IBS issue. Either way, I'll work through it and plan on re-starting the log on Monday.
Thanks for the patience.

A new begining...
Well I am mucho better now and ready to get moving on this log. After the last 2 weeks dealing with my flu and the kids flu and my cold and the kids cold. I think its time to go!!
I started out the day with a full stack...
1 LX2 on waking
2 ActX after Breakfast
1 LX2 at -4hours
2 Adrenalean 30 minutes prior to my workout
3 NeoVar prior to workout
6 Hemadraulix prior to workout
3 NeoVar post workout
2 Adrenalean a few hours post workout
Today's workout:
Chest / Tri's / Calves
Flat Bench - 5x10
Incline Bench - 10, 10, 8, 8, 6
Incline Flyes - 10, 8, 8, 6
Rope Pull Downs - 4x10
Tricep Kickbacks - 4x10
Extentions - 10, 8, 8, 6, 4
Seated calf - 4xfail
Felt pretty good for the first time back in a loooong time. I noticed the energy stayed consistent much better than my strength did. The Adrenalean prior to workout really seems to help with the energy.
After not working out for so long, I did notice a sizable decrease in strength, but it seems to come back fairly quickly.
I did notice that with the new version of Adrenalean, I seemed to get the shivers a little where as with the old formula, I never experienced that. I will watch that for sure. One of the things I liked about the old formula was there was no noticeable sides. No shakes, no shivers, nothing but results.
No noticeable sides from the LX2 or the ActX. My appetite was in check all day and I stayed on track with my diet.
Looking forward to seeing some results.

X2.. With the new formula, I am able to only take one at a time and get the boost in energy and focus.. Especially on an empty stomach..
* So far I have been lucky enough to avoid the sickness spreading throughout my house.. *knock on wood.

Day 2 - February 24
Leg day
Weight: 207
Same stack as yesterday
Feeling a little sore from the chest and tri workout, but as I get back into it I'm sure the DOMS will go away.
Feeling pretty good, still have the sniffles, but the cold did not interfere with my workout.
I have noticed a little more "excitement" when taking the Adrenalean on an empty stomach compared to with food, but still good energy.
I am noticing that I am crashing late in the day, but I don't know if that's from the supps or from the pure fact of getting back into the normal routine.
Workout:
BB Squats - 5x10
Leg Press - 8, 10, 10, 12, 10
Leg Extensions - 8, 10, 10, 12, 12
Leg Curls - 8, 10, 12
Romanian Dead Lift - 8, 10, 12
Crunches - 2x20
Felt pretty good to do legs. I'm more of an upper body person, often using the excuse "Its only legs" to get out of doing my workout, but I am committed to getting my recomp complete by spring.
I am thinking of ditching the NeoVar and Hemadraulix and going with N.O. Limits and Replenish to make this a full DS stack. I just think using the same brand helps the stuff play better together...
Wednesday is an off day.
