Cut Diet or CHA
Ive read both of the downloads and i don't know what one to do.
My goal is to lower my bf. If anyone could help me with a good nutrition program for one of these diets, i would really appreciate it.
In about two weeks im going to start a program with a trainer at the gym, but right now im just doing some cardio. Im jogging/walking at the track and running up down the bleachers.
