    How Effective is Sesamin/Fish Oil/CLA and ALA/ALCAR for Endo Bulk

    I'd first like to thank Scivation for putting out great pdfs and making them available to everyone. They have helped me in the past and I decided to give back by buying some scivation whey (even though I just order over 10lbs of other proteins )

    The fish oil aside, how much does supplementing with Sesamin/CLA and ALA/ALCAR help prevent an endo, like myself, from gaining too much fat on a bulk. I'm currently the leanest I've ever been (14%) and need to go on a winter bulk (finally have time for proper rest and frequent training). I know this is a (hard) question to answer but for example, the best fat burner can increase your calories burned by roughly 10% (ec stack, etc.) (ignoring t3, dcp, clen).

    so what do you guys think...

    I am a firm believer in the fish oil/sesamin/CLA stack for both cutting and bulking especially on a more fat based diet (which is favorable for most, especially endos)

    From what I know about ALA, i'd say it depends on how many carbs you have in your diet. ALA is a great antioxidant which upregulates GLUT4 (thus affects insulin sensitivity) and is often taken in conjunction with carbs pre/post workout, however it can also offset damaging effect of free radicals. I'll let Derek give his opinion on that one.

    As far as ALCAR, i feel that it is beneficial in reducing bodyfat (I also think it helps reduce soreness), but my good friend and Scivation athlete Duke Bell pointed out that in some research he found ALCAR reaches a fast saturation point (I think 5 weeks) and thus should be cycled. Again i'm interested in Derek's input here.
