Talking How much weight do you increase during Mark'sRippetoes SS( REPS) details inside =)

Hey guys/girls
how are you doing ?

I just a quick question what is the "normala' amount of weight I should Increase each week for each lift ??

Is this reasonble =

(12 weeks)

Now = After 12 weeks
Deads= 48kgs x5 ------------ 72kgs x 5
Squat= 32kgs x5 ------------ 56kgs x5
Bench= 30Kgs x5 -----------48 Kgs x 5
Military press= 21kgs x5 ---------31 kgs x 5
P-rows= 23 kgs x 5 ----------- 32 kgs x 5

That an increase off 2 kgs (5lbs) a WEEK for deads and Squats!

Now I thought I should keep it slow and add ONLY
1 kg (2.2lbs) each week for Squats and Bench
and 1.5KGS for deads
and around 0.75 for the other lifts

What do you think ?

Thanks In advance guys!

You're squatting three times a week. You should be going up more than 5 pounds a week. More than 3 pounds a week, at that.

12 weeks to get a ~70kg deadlift? ~60kg squat? i dont care who it is, unless you have a broken leg, you should be doing at least 100kg on deadlift and 80kg squat after 12weeks

Starting from 70-123 in Squats in 12 weeks? Are you eating enough? You should cruise through 120 in the first week or so.

Grats on your lift increases but you could've gained twice the amount of weightage in the same time period.
