Overweight...yes, according to BMI charts and such. Overfat...who knows? Many bodybuilders are "overweight", but that is simply because of the density of muscle in comparison to the density of fat. I will assume that you want to find out if you are "fat", and you cannot get a real answer without having your bodyfat measured. Do not rely on the bodyfat scales, instead have your bodyfat measured with calipers, by a qualified individual, or underwater hydrostatic weighing. Good luck.
