Reflux
One week ago i was doing very heavy precher curl heavy then i can handle.Then during exercing i got a reflux of the stomach food.Then i got a burning sensation in my stomach after finishing my workout.After comining home i eat for the sake of bi"s growth .Then i spelt.But from then onwards i am regularly getting belching/burping after eating food along with reflux and constant burning sensation in my stomach.Dont know what happened i am scared about hernia. Please help................

Of course I'm not exactly sure what's going on with your situation, but taking digestive enzymes usually helps a bit. They help to digest the food more quickly so it's not sitting in your stomach. You may also have to slightly decrease the size of the meal.
Lastly, drinking a tea with slippery elm bark can help to sooth the reflux (and heal the stomach lining.)

I'd go to your doctor and be investigated for a hiatus hernia, which is where part of the stomach herniates up through the diaphragm. This is very common and generally harmless. Often there is no definitive treatment apart from a tablet called a PPI to reduce the acid secretion by the stomach.
